Withdrawal requests submitted during x111g support hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 AM PKT) are typically processed and credited to the Player's nominated account within minutes for verified Accounts in good standing. Withdrawal requests submitted outside support hours are queued and processed as soon as the next support window opens. x111g reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.
x111g is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. x111g reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any Player whose deposit and withdrawal patterns are inconsistent with recreational gaming behaviour. Any Account suspected of facilitating money laundering will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including eligibility conditions, minimum deposit requirements, and Wagering Requirements. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be satisfied before any associated funds or winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. x111g reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credited to an Account where x111g has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value, and coordinated play between linked Accounts.
x111g's bonus programme is designed to enhance the entertainment value of the Platform for genuine recreational players. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers undermines this and will result in permanent Account closure.
All Bonus Funds have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Uncompleted Bonus Funds that pass their expiry date are automatically forfeited. All sports bets placed on the x111g Platform are subject to the sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the x111g Sportsbook Rules section, accessible from your Account. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable market rules. x111g reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors.
x111g offers in-play betting on live cricket events including PSL fixtures, international T20 series, and Test matches, as well as other live sports markets. Live betting odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. x111g reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, particularly during periods of high data uncertainty or technical issues with the upstream data feed.
All casino games on the x111g Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game tile. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG — x111g does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a software malfunction during a casino game, any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on x111g. These limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip, table, or game interface at the time of play. x111g reserves the right to apply individual Account stake limits where warranted, including in response to a Player's request under our Responsible Gaming tools or as a risk management measure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x111g Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
x111g monitors all Account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated fraud detection systems and manual review. Attempts to circumvent these systems are themselves a breach of these Terms.
x111g reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where x111g reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, poses a financial risk to the Platform, or where required by applicable law or licensing authority instruction.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting x111g support via Live Chat during support hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM PKT) or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, x111g will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money Balance and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Upon Account closure or termination for breach, any pending Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balance held in a verified Account in good standing at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits x111g's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
